1. Scope and operator
This Privacy Policy explains how ARTRUBY PTE. LTD. ("ArtRuby", "we", "us", or "our") processes information in connection with the ArtRuby website and inference services. ArtRuby is headquartered in Singapore.
Inference access may be provided directly or through an authorized routing platform or integration partner. This Policy applies to ArtRuby's processing and does not replace the privacy terms of the platform through which a customer accesses the service.
2. Inference content
Inference content may include prompts, messages, completions, submitted images, system instructions, tool definitions, and tool-call content. ArtRuby processes this content only to provide and secure the requested inference service.
- ArtRuby does not use inference content to train models.
- ArtRuby does not retain inference content in persistent application storage.
- ArtRuby does not make inference content available for routine human review.
- ArtRuby does not sell inference content or use it for advertising.
Inference content is necessarily present in working memory while a request is processed. It may also be represented temporarily as derived KV or prefix-cache state in volatile RAM or VRAM. Such state is not written to persistent storage and is removed through resource-pressure eviction, process restart, resource reallocation, or other normal lifecycle operations.
3. Operational metadata
ArtRuby may retain limited operational metadata for up to 30 days to operate, secure, meter, troubleshoot, and improve the reliability of the service. Operational metadata may include:
- request identifiers and timestamps;
- model and endpoint identifiers;
- prompt, cached, reasoning, and completion token counts;
- latency, throughput, status codes, and error categories;
- routing, region, and backend health information.
Operational metadata does not include prompt text, completion text, submitted image content, authorization credentials, or tool-call content. ArtRuby may retain aggregated, non-content billing and accounting records for longer periods where required for settlement, dispute resolution, tax, or legal compliance.
4. Website and communications
When you contact ArtRuby, we process the information you provide, such as your email address and message, to respond and maintain the business relationship. Our hosting and security infrastructure may process basic connection information, such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and requested pages, for delivery and abuse prevention.
The first version of the ArtRuby website does not use advertising trackers or non-essential analytics cookies. If this changes, this Policy will be updated and any legally required choices will be presented.
5. Processing locations
ArtRuby operates inference infrastructure across multiple regions worldwide. Requests may be processed in different regions depending on the selected model, endpoint configuration, service capacity, node health, and applicable routing requirements.
Information may therefore be processed outside the country where a customer or end user is located. Customers with contractual or regulatory location requirements should ensure that their routing configuration and agreement permit the relevant processing location.
7. Security
ArtRuby uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, credential separation, transport encryption, operational monitoring, and data-minimizing logs. No system is completely secure, and ArtRuby cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Rights and requests
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights relating to personal information, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability. Because inference content is not persistently retained, ArtRuby may not hold content that can be retrieved or deleted after a request completes.
To submit a request, contact support@artruby.co. We may need to verify the request and may direct platform users to the platform that controls their account relationship.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy as our services, infrastructure, or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
