1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to inference and related services provided by ARTRUBY PTE. LTD. ("ArtRuby", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Where access is provided through an authorized routing platform or integration partner, the platform's terms also apply to the relationship between you and that platform.
2. Service description
ArtRuby provides API-based inference for selected open-weight language and multimodal models. Available models, capabilities, regions, context limits, output limits, and parameters may change as deployments are added, updated, reconfigured, or removed.
Text and image input may be available on supported models. Current production output is text. Image-generation output may be introduced in the future and is not part of the current service unless expressly listed as available.
3. Access and credentials
You must use the service only through authorized credentials, platforms, and interfaces. You are responsible for protecting credentials issued to you and for activity conducted under them. You must not probe, bypass, share, sell, or misuse access controls.
4. Acceptable use
You must comply with applicable law, the policies of the relevant model creator and routing platform, and any additional written usage restrictions. You must not use the service to:
- conduct illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity;
- compromise systems, networks, accounts, credentials, or personal data;
- distribute malware or facilitate unauthorized access;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
- circumvent technical safeguards, rate limits, or policy controls;
- create an unreasonable security or operational burden on the service.
5. Models and output
Model output is generated probabilistically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, especially in legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, employment, or other high-impact contexts.
ArtRuby does not grant rights to third-party model weights, names, or materials beyond the rights made available by their respective owners. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of models, inputs, and outputs is permitted.
6. Capacity, availability, and changes
ArtRuby operates elastic inference capacity. Service availability depends on model readiness, infrastructure availability, network conditions, node health, capacity, maintenance, and routing configuration. Requests may be rate-limited or rejected with an overload response rather than queued indefinitely.
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, the service is provided without a guaranteed service level. ArtRuby may modify, suspend, relocate, or discontinue a model or endpoint for operational, security, legal, or commercial reasons.
7. Fees and metering
Fees, pricing units, credits, discounts, payment terms, and taxes are determined by the applicable order, platform listing, model catalog, or written agreement. Usage may be metered by prompt tokens, cached tokens, completion tokens, requests, media units, or other declared units.
If access is obtained through a routing platform, billing disputes relating to the end-user account should first be directed to that platform. ArtRuby may retain non-content usage aggregates as needed for settlement and accounting.
8. Data and privacy
ArtRuby handles information as described in the Privacy Policy and Data Policy. You must have all rights and permissions needed to submit content to the service and must not submit content where processing in the configured inference region is prohibited.
9. Ownership
ArtRuby and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, infrastructure, documentation, and branding. As between you and ArtRuby, and subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you retain your rights in submitted content. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your submitted content to ArtRuby.
10. Suspension and termination
ArtRuby may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address security threats, abuse, legal requirements, unpaid amounts, material breach, infrastructure risk, or harm to ArtRuby, customers, partners, or third parties.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArtRuby will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, ArtRuby's aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount paid to ArtRuby for the affected service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.
12. Governing law and general terms
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory legal requirements or separate written agreement, the courts of Singapore will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the service.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. ArtRuby may update these Terms, and the effective date above identifies the current version.
